Use the form below to report any issues on Provincetown’s Trails. Our volunteer land stewards will receive the report and address as soon as they can. The trails we help maintain are outside of the Cape Cod National Seashore. Any issues with trails in the seashore should be sent to the Cape Cod National Seashore.
